Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote and differentiate our supplement products, and help grow our brand and customer base. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends and customer insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that promote and differentiate our supplement products, and help grow our brand and customer base
  • Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, search engine marketing, and content marketing, that align with business goals and drive customer engagement and sales
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer insights, competitive trends, and market opportunities, and leverage this information to inform marketing strategies and tactics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and maximize impact of marketing efforts
  • Manage and allocate marketing budget effectively, tracking expenses and measuring ROI to ensure optimal allocation of resources
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and media outlets, and represent the company at relevant industry events and conferences
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, developments, and best practices, and continuously evaluate and optimize marketing strategies and tactics

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the supplement, pharmaceutical, or food industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns, and driving business growth and customer engagement
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights and trends into effective marketing strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders
  • Experience managing and allocating marketing budget effectively, and tracking expenses and measuring ROI to ensure optimal allocation of resources
  • Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, developments, and best practices, and ability to evaluate and optimize marketing strategies and tactics accordingly
